Here, you will find detailed information regarding the warranty terms for both AHA digital and physical products. We are committed to providing quality products to our customers and the following warranty details are designed to support this commitment. • 1. WARRANTY INFORMATION:  
• a. DIGITAL PRODUCTS WARRANTY

Digital Products include eLearning courses, media, and eBooks.

NO WARRANTIES FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS; DISCLAIMER:  THE COURSES AND THE PRODUCTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ANY WARRANTIES ARISING BY COURSE OF DEALING OR CUSTOM OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE. • b. LIMITED WARRANTY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical Products include items such as, but not limited to, books, DVDs, and portable drives such as USB thumb drives.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY BASED ON JURISDICTION. WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.  

WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.  

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

NOSSA RESPONSABILIDADE POR PRODUTOS DEFEITUOSOS LIMITA-SE A SUBSTITUIÇÃO OU REEMBOLSO, CONFORME PREVISTO NESTA DECLARAÇÃO DE GARANTIA. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, STATEMENT OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY US OR ANY OF OUR AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OR DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.  

 

Who May Use This Warranty? 

• a. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of Products from the site. Não se estende a nenhum proprietário ou cessionário subsequente ou outro do Produto. 
• b. What Does This Warranty Cover?
  • i. This limited warranty covers during the Warranty Period (as defined below) defects in materials and workmanship in Products purchased from the site. 
• c. What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
  • i. This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to
    • 1. Transporte
    • 2. Armazenamento
    • 3. Uso Inadequado
    • 4. Falha em seguir as instruções do Produto
    • 5. Alterações
    • 6. Combinação ou uso com quaisquer Produtos, materiais, processos, sistemas ou outro item não fornecido ou autorizado por escrito pela AHA
    • 7. Desgaste normal
    • 8. Causas externas, como acidentes, abuso ou outras ações ou eventos fora do nosso controle razoável 
• d. What Is the Period of Coverage?
  • i. This limited warranty starts on the shipment received date and lasts for thirty (30) days, or the “Warranty Period.” O Período de Garantia não é estendido para o Produto substituído pela garantia. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. 
• e. What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty? 
  • i. With respect to any defective Products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either (a) replace such Products free of charge or (b) refund the purchase price of such Products. • f. How Do You Obtain Warranty Service For Physical Products? 
  • i. To obtain warranty service, contact the Customer Service Department, as listed on the Contact section of the website, during the Warranty Period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number.
