Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns of current merchandise that is in new and salable condition within 30 days of ship date. Product must have been purchased directly from the AHA. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Print products (manuals, DVDs, kits, packages, promotional items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, in the original packaging including shrink wrap, and accompanied by the original packing slip. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Returns must be shipped with freight prepaid and with tracking information. Product lost in transit will not be eligible for refund or credit. We inspect all returned product and will issue credit based on the quantity received and the condition of the product. Please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip for any print product returns.
All eBooks, eCards, and eLearning may be returned within 30 days of the order date providing that the items have not been activated. All items may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact ShopCPR Customer Support for any digital product returns.
Risk of damage and loss in goods is passed on to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt and, in case of damaged or missing items on arrival, inform the AHA within 2 business days of delivery (retaining all relevant packing slips and signed shipment notes). The AHA shall in such circumstances ship identical replacement goods or issue a refund when requested at the AHA’s sole discretion. Please retain the original shipping carton in the condition it was received until it is inspected or the inspection is waived by the AHA. Contact ShopCPR Customer Support with the packing slip on hand for further instructions. Do not return damaged product, overages, or incorrect items to the AHA warehouse without first contacting ShopCPR Customer Support.
