Los envíos de carga consolidada están disponibles para pedidos grandes de más de 150 lb. En este momento, el envío solo está disponible para los Estados Unidos continentales, Hawái y Alaska.

Opciones de envío
Las tasas de envío se calculan al momento del pago, tomando como base los artículos comprados y el destino del envío. El período de tiempo que demora el envío puede variar según el método de envío elegido, el destino al que se dirige el pedido y el tamaño del pedido. Los pedidos hechos después de las 3 p. m. CST se procesarán al siguiente día hábil. Las entregas los sábados y domingos no están disponibles en este momento.

Q. What small package carrier does ShopCPR use?
A. As indicated in the table above, we primarily use UPS. However, smaller orders may qualify for USPS Media Mail.
Q. What freight carrier does ShopCPR use?
A. Freight carriers vary based on customer needs, availability, and pricing. If your order qualifies for LTL Shipping, you will be prompted to contact customer support during checkout for additional options and information.
Q. Can I use my own small parcel account or carrier to ship an order?
A. No
Q. Can ShopCPR “Drop Ship”?
A. We will ship to any eligible shipping address entered during checkout.
Q. Does ShopCPR ship to multiple addresses?
A. Each order placed online may have one shipping address. At any time, a customer may place separate orders for each separate shipping address.
If 10 or less addresses, a customer may send a PO to ShopCPR customer support. A PO requesting shipping to multiple locations must include the following:
- A customer official Purchase Order (PO) with all detailed information.
- Each PO must be specific to a single ShopCPR Organization
- The person submitting the purchase order must be an authorized purchaser listed on the ShopCPR Organization
- A ShopCPR invoicing account is required for all purchase orders emailed to ShopCPR. We are unable to accept credit card payments by email.

Q. Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?
A. No, orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. However, it may be acceptable to use the address of the Post Office as your shipping address. Consulte con la oficina postal local para conocer las opciones.

A. No. ShopCPR only ships physical products to the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.

A. Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number can be found on your Order History page.
Q. Does ShopCPR offer free shipping or discounts on shipping?
A. No, AHA offers competitive shipping rates through the designated AHA carriers.
Q. Does ShopCPR offer competitive shipping rates?
A. Yes, our UPS shipping options offers a significant discount compared to published rates. We do offer discounted USPS Media Mail for select qualifying product purchases. You will be able to review shipping options and cost during checkout prior to completing your order.
Q. How long does it take the warehouse to fulfill an order before it is shipped?
A. The daily order cut off time is 3PM (CST). Orders placed before 3PM (CST) will ship the same day. Orders after 3PM (CST) will ship the following business day. Weekend order will ship the next business day. LTL shipping times may vary due to the availability of carrier pick-up appointments. Most LTL shipments ship within the same week.
